Sarah Tretter

Yoga Guide/ Hatha

Sarah is a 300 hour RYT trained in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga through the Yoga Alliance. She started on her yogic journey in 2020 as a means to cope with the early stages of her sobriety. What started as a way to cope and calm her nerves, turned into a beautiful path of self love and recreation.

After awakening to the healing power of the Yogic path, she traveled to Thailand for her first 200 hour yoga teacher training. She then returned to Thailand and taught for two years at a retreat center in Koh Phangan, Thailand. In 2023 she traveled to Mazunte, Mexico to complete a 100 hour training in Hatha Yoga at Hridaya Yoga School. It was there that her own practice and teaching started to shift into a heart centered, meditative practice.
