A Pranayam based practice which focuses on gentle flow movements. We find a balance between postures of expansion and those of rest and, with the breath, come into moving meditation. Classes incorporate singing bowls, chanting, essential oils, and optional hands on assists.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a Pranayama based practice, which coalesces breath and movement to support a deepened connection to self and a greater sense of wellbeing.
Heart Centered Morning Flow
A 75 minute playful Vinyasa Yoga class focused on the breath and anchoring into the heart center.
This class uses breath and creative sequencing to expand into heart sensations for somatic experiencing and self-inquiry. Practitioners are given plenty of options to make the practice their own and to listen to their unique needs.
Candlelight Vinyasa
A tranquil flow class illuminated by candlelight. Suitable for all levels, this class will guide you deeply inward through a blend of gentle and Vinyasa movements, allowing the mind and body to access a meditative flow state. Tools such as breath work, sound healing, mantras, and soothing somatic movements may be woven into class to support full relaxation.

Experience the blissful harmony of body and soul connection in our Restorative and Reiki class. In this gentle, yet powerful practice, we invite you to unwind, release tension, and tap into your body's natural healing energies. Through a series of supported postures and gentle movements, you'll find deep relaxation and restoration.
