Diaphragmatic Breathing for Pelvic Health Workshop

Diaphragmatic breathing, or deep belly breathing, is a practice that involves fully engaging your diaphragm as you breathe deeply into your abdomen. This technique brings awareness to your breath, expanding the lungs and gently activating the pelvic floor muscles, promoting relaxation and balance within the body.

This comprehensive training is for folx interested in truly deepening their feelings of self love, a self care practice, and the ability to offer impactful healing to their communities. 

The Reiki path is first and foremost a journey of self discovery and personal healing. The word Reiki translates to “Universal Life Force”. It offers support, balance, and healing for those both receiving and offering. It is not contraindicated and is complimentary to all other healing modalities; alternative and Western medicine alike.

Join us for a traditional Chinese tea ceremony followed by a blissful meditation.

The teas will be prepared and served in a way that is consistent with the culture from which they originate. Each month will feature a different variety (green, oolong, white, etc).

After enjoying the tea ceremony, we will sit together for a 10-20 minute guided meditation. This shared meditation will allow you to find stillness within and go deeper in your spiritual practice, aided by the healing properties of the tea.

Sacred Solstice Cacao Ceremony- Open House Event

Cacao is a sacred healing plant with origins in Central and South America. Known for its physical and energetic effects on the human heart, this plant opens us up to the wisdom of the Anahata Chakra. Engaging in reciprocal relationship to the plant world is an ancient healing practice, and sharing that magic in community is a joy you have to experience to understand. 

The Cacao offering will be prepared as a warm beverage (similar to hot cocoa but without refined sugars/additives & with the healing elements of the entire cacao plant) and served alongside traditional and novel herbs & spices for you to blend to your liking. We will use plant based milk, please let us know of any allergies beforehand. 

Holly will teach the group about this lovely plant that you have the opportunity to befriend, and share a sacred Cacao circle song as it is served. After serving the cacao, the ceremony will continue by blending elements of meditation, movement, guided journaling, and nervous system healing, to intuitively honor this sacred day of Winter Solstice.
